RETURNS 

Thank you for shopping at BUNO DESIGN. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer support at info@bunowdesign.com and we will take care of you.

All items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you have received it. 

Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. 

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost are none refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or refunded.

*PLEASE NOTE:  BUNO DESIGN is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries. 

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or Exchange on Sales and Promo code/discounted items.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED 

If you have received and incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@bunowdesign.com with photo of the incorrect or damaged item, and we may ask you to send it back to us.  We will be more than happy to send replacement- free of charge as soon as your email/item has been reviewed and approved.

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy with your original order number. We'll be happy to replace your order for you. *Except earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

RETURNS FOR BESPOKE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our bespoke jewelry , since these items have been designed and made to specific measurements, size and shape for each client.  Therefore, we cannot re-sale  these items. Please refer to our Bespoke services terms for more details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please mail your returned item at :
